Greg Stevens is the Principal of Greg Stevens Consulting, a specialist industrial and employment relations consulting service which he has operated since 2000.
Greg was formerly a member of both the South Australian and Australian Industrial Relations Commissions. He held the positions of Commissioner and then Deputy President. Greg has worked together with Monica Redden Consultancy on a major project for the Elizabeth Magistrates Court, and as an advisor on the industrial and employment implications of other projects undertaken by MRC.
Greg focuses his services on dealing with workplace investigations (including bullying and harassment), reviews of classification and other organisational issues, facilitation of enterprise bargaining processes, chairing various workplace consultative forums, conducting mediations and advising on industrial legislative issues.
He mainly services State government agencies, local government authorities, and community NFP organisations. All of Greg's work is done on a transparent and inclusive basis with the involvement of employees and their unions.
Greg is a Past President and a Life Member of the Industrial Relations Society of SA. In 2003, he was awarded a Centenary Medal for Services to Industrial Relations and the Community.
