Organisational Reviews
MRC can carry out a full strategic review of your organisation. Our independence means we will bring fresh eyes to a situation MRC generally designs reviews on the principle of there being 'no surprises' for the client at the end of the process. This means keeping the client involved throughout the process.
Our methodology is based on years of experience and work across a range of different organisations and businesses. We believe that people are intelligent and capable; and because of their significant knowledge, experience and understanding of their organisation, they can make an important contribution to a review.
The methodology generally entails a consultative process involving staff, key internal and external stakeholders, and guidance from a steering committee. MRC has found this methodology results in stronger ownership of any issues identified in the review and a greater willingness to implement the necessary steps to address these issues afterwards.

Individual coaching & mentoring
MRC provides a sounding board for individuals. Sometimes people simply need an independent and confidential setting to bounce ideas around. Managers and workers can get stuck on ideas or are too overwhelmed with detail to figure out what to do next.
Often meeting with MRC for a single session is enough to help map out the next steps of action in their work. Strategic and confidential sessions can save a whole lot of time and frustration for the manager that needs some assistance to gain clarity about their thoughts and intentions.

Working with organisations provides MRC with the privileged opportunity to meet great 'leaders' in our community. They come in all shapes and sizes, different roles and responsibilities. They might be managers, staff, community representatives, residents, board members, students, neighbours or politicians.
